About AORE
AORE
is a team. Originally founded in 2002 by Donald Morant and Justin
Anderson, AORE has had
the opportunity to speak to, teach, influence and lead students from
all across the country into successful investing careers.
During
the course of the last 8 years, Donald and Justin have worked
incessantly to develop and provide high quality educational
opportunities for motivated investors looking to propel their
careers to the next level of success. This is accomplished primarily
through live training seminars accompanied by proprietary training
manuals and workbooks written by
AORE for the benefit of
their students.
These
training materials have been built upon a foundation of a combined
30+ years of experience that Don and Justin bring to the table as
investors working on (and in) their businesses rather than just
teaching unapplied theory learned from a book. The tools and
techniques provided through
AORE are proven daily through “down-in-the-trenches” use.
It
is the sole mission of AORE to train professional investors. We are in business exclusively
to provide educational opportunities to serious investors looking to
shorten their learning curve and accelerate the growth of their
investment businesses.
Founders
Donald
Morant – Donald attended his first Real Estate Investment
Training Seminar in San Diego, CA
in 1989. It was a Robert Allen “No Money Down” Seminar. That weekend
he caught the bug and has been investing in Real Estate ever since.
A graduate of the
University
of Michigan,
Donald works full time serving our countries veterans as the Head of
Interior Design and Space Planning for the 2 VA Hospitals, and 3 VA
Clinics in and around the Augusta Metro Area. In addition to holding
down a full time job, Donald has developed systems, which he teaches
AORE students, that allow him to manage working on 8 to 10 houses at
any given time, while still maintaining his rental portfolio…and his
W-2.
Justin
Anderson – Justin has been a full time Real Estate Investor
since 2003. Initially building upon his background building custom
homes, his business began in the single family housing arena. Today,
Justin has grown his portfolio to include everything from individual
condo’s to large apartment complexes; from raw land to commercial
retail spaces.
In
addition to co-founding AORE, Justin is a co-founder, and current
President of the Augusta REIA (www.augustareia.org),
a non-profit Real Estate Investment Association located in Augusta, GA.
Justin attributes the tremendous successful growth in his business
to his many mentors and teachers along the way. Building and running
AORE and the local REIA group are two ways he can continue to build
upon the foundation his mentors have laid before him.
